Senior platform engineer (10+ years) who walks the whole bridge: from reading the organization to building, governing and shipping its data and AI systems to production.

I come from the sociology of organizations and economic analysis in the public sector, and ended up owning the infrastructure as code, the secure backends and the data pipelines in regulated fintech environments where auditability is a first-class requirement. I'm not "pivoting" to AI: I already run agentic AI in production —my own MCP servers, auditable controls— and moved up a level toward its infrastructure, control and adoption. The edge is a rare combination in one profile: platform + data + governance, with a sociotechnical base that makes compliance and stakeholder communication part of the core, not decoration.

  • Author and sole owner of the IaC baseline: 12 modules in OpenTofu/Terraform and ~39 reproducible resources across dev/staging/prod — from a multi-day manual setup to a single tofu apply.
  • Secure-by-design GCP: least-privilege IAM with single-permission roles, closing self-escalation paths and surgical Org Policy exceptions via impersonation.
  • CDC analytics pipeline PostgreSQL → Datastream → BigQuery with zero impact on the transactional DB; KYC workflows as finite state machines with a signal-driven AuditLog.
  • Engineering standards and DevEx across 7 repos for a team of ~6–8 (CI gates, secret scanning, shared tooling).
